“I am going to be so glowing you'll think I'm a plant. I love working with Kiirsten and Jeff for it is concierge service of the highest order. Kiirsten is a design wizard; at least she knows how to read me and my eye, over six years I've been working with her. She brings ideas and materials to my kitchen counter, where I can decide. We met at the Design Center in Denver once so I could actually sit on the kitchen stools I ended up ordering. In the execution, she always kept me informed of what was happening, and because you always depend on many parties, delays happen, and she never hides or makes excuses. Just the facts and thank you very much. Our most recent project involved tearing out two panels of four doors and installing folding Nanawall doors. This entailed coordination with product coming from Germany, installers coming from Denver, along with Jeff's local framers and stucco repair people. Impeccable site cleanup all during the process, and thoughtful problem-solving. We are absolutely thrilled with the results. As for budget, the bid was timely, and billed according to expectations. They showed unusual restraint in not billing the final 1/4 until every single punch list item was handled. I don't have a framework to judge fairness of pricing but I will say that the quality of the experience is worth paying for and I"m delighted to pay it.
