Struxure Louvered Roof
This 3rd floor balcony overlooking the Riverfront trail was so exposed to the elements it was virtually unusable. With the addition of a Struxure pergola, motorized shades, and a freestanding Bromic heater the homeowners gained 300 sf of outdoor space fit for any season.
